LOCAL SHIPPING

Your order will be processed upon receipt of full payment (you will receive a confirmation of payment via e-mail). Your order is then shipped out within 1-3 working days.

When your order has been shipped you will be notified via e-mail and given a tracking number for your parcel. Please retain your tracking number. You may track your parcel online anytime at Pos Laju.

Please note: No shipments on Saturday and Sunday.

Shipping Charges:

1. You may combine a maximum of two (2) orders per shipment to the same address. 
2. You may combine your orders to take advantage of the free shipping.

1. All international purchases will be shipped via Pos Laju.
2. We will advise you via e-mail on your shipping charges before we proceed with your order and invoice.
3. As your order is shipped from Malaysia, please allow 7-21 working days for your parcel to be delivered, depending on your location.
4. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
